Slowly but surely, the word will be spread about this event. Two weeks ago, noone could have convinced me to spend this much time on spreading an idea. I usually spend my time avoiding getting involved in anything. I highly value my privacy, which really makes the development of this project a total suprise to me.
Let me make something perfectly clear. I want to do this party because I truly feel the troops deserve it. I am not making a political statement of any kind. As a matter of fact, this attempt to bring the nation together in one big celebration is anti-political. I think we all need a break from the aggravation of dealing with political issues and partisan bickering over everything under the sun. Now, back to my plan.
I need anyone who reads my blog to give me lots of feedback. In order to achieve any results, I need to hear opinions and I really would appreciate any advice designed to make this seemingly impossible mission a reality. I truly believe we will all benefit spiritually if we can come together in one powerful endeavor. Besides, we need to bring our people home with all the celeration they can possibly stand. Let’s show our love to them.
